Use & privacy

Scope of this release

Robo9D is an independent robot and exoskeleton repair platform under development. Queries currently return unknown because no verified fault or provider records are published. No manufacturer affiliation, repair authorization or service availability is implied.

Safe use

Fault information is not a confirmed diagnosis or permission to perform repairs. Follow the manufacturer’s safety procedures. Unsafe, medical and safety-critical equipment requires appropriately qualified service.

Minimal public access

Public endpoints support individual, exact queries. No permission is granted to extract, reconstruct, commercially redistribute or bulk copy the private repair database. Raw cases, customer logs and proprietary diagnostic methods are not public API fields.

Data handling

Do not send personal information, customer records, device serial numbers, confidential logs or patient information. Repair submissions and file uploads are disabled. Query parameters appear in request URLs and may be processed in Vercel operational logs. This site sets no application cookies and uses no advertising or application analytics scripts; Vercel may process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.

A fuller privacy and retention policy will be required before customer intake is enabled.
